We AVEGA made our first step into college on July 1st 2019.

 

·      ASSEMBLY

We AVEGA conducted our first assembly on 17th July 2019. Everyone among us participated actively and made it an entertainer. Our young elegant dancer Sreelekshmi rendered a wonderful performance and made our assembly a grant one.

·      TALENT HUNT

On 23 July 2019 we had our Talent Hunt Programs. It was one of the most exciting program the we had and also it was an ice breaking session for us.

 

·      INDEPENDENCE DAY

We celebrated Independence Day on 13th August 2019 and we were part of Gandhi cap making.

·      Threshold of our new 11 gems

 We warmly welcomed our new 11 friends on 2nd September 2019.

·      Teacher’s day Celebration

On September 5th 2019 teacher’s day was celebrated

 

 

·      Second Assembly

We conducted our 2nd assembly on 11th September  2019 and we released our logo during assembly. Our logo was inaugurated by Dr.K.Y. Benedict the principal ‘Mar Theophilus Training College’

·      TALENT HUNT 2.0

 College organized the talent hunt2.0 for new commers. Our 11 gems exhibited their immense talent.

·      DANSPIRATION

 




DANSPIRATION is an initiative taken by the English Optional Students of (2019 -21) batch under the guidance of our mentor Dr. Laji Varghese. The sole aim of this venture was to create a basic understanding of Dance, particularly Bharatanatayam and thereby to develop new perception which help the student teachers to learn and think in new ways.

 

The program was inaugurated on 9th December 2019 by Shri. Vishnu Ram, former Kalapradhibha of Kerala University. The College received the program with great zest. A number of classes were conducted FOR the first year B.Ed students of the college in the aerobic studio of the college. The program was found to be successful in igniting the artistic and aesthetic qualities among the student teachers and it is hoped that they will pass on the love for art to the next generation learners.

 

 

·      FOOD FEST

12th December 2019 – College Union has organized a food fest.We English department actively involved in the Food fest organized by College union. Our team was so enthusiastic and thrilled to be the part of such a wonderful initiative. We were overwhelmed to get to know that our stall was the one who achieved maximum fund . The stall had variety of delicious food items ranging from traditional taste to modern intrinsic tasty food.

 

 

·      CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

               On December 2019, we had our Christmas celebration. We the members of AVEGA participated in Christmas star making and Christmas carol.

·      REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

          Republic day was celebrated on 24th January 2020. We the English optional stood together and presented a tableau as part of celebration.

·      NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

         We celebrated New Year on 3rd January 2020.

·      THIRD ASSEMBLY

On January 15TH 2020 we conducted our 3rd assembly.

 

 

 

 

·      DANCE TRAILER

As part of College Annual Tour , We Danspiration team in association with College Union organised a mashup trailer dance for Tour promo.
